Carribbean Catering Management contracted the services of One Garrido Consulting to provide input and guidance in the processing of licensing and permitting services for their signature franchisee concept Segafredo. The concept locations consists of a 250sf sales kiosk at Dolphin Mall in West Miami Dade County and a 8,500sf concept in the Pembroke Shops in Broward. Building Construction inspections, licensing and State Of Florida ABT (Alcohol Beverage & Tobacco) licensing process was part of the scope of work provided.

FLANIGAN's
West Miami-Dade/ Westchester/ Kendall 

 

One Garrido Consulting provided professional Permitting & Alcohol Beverage Licensing consulting services for the Flanigan's Restaurant chain in Westchester, Kendall and other areas of Miami Dade County, Florida

With over 4,000 sf, 200 seat prototype facilities with full service bar and menu, many new and others renovated and adapted to the Flanigan's conceptual scheme, One Garrido has provided multi-disciplinary services. Land use, zoning consulting services and licensing to the company's locations.

JUANA'S LATIN SPORTS

BAR & GRILL

Miramar, Florida 

 

​Juana's Sports Bar & Grill is a new concept created in 2012 with it's first 5,000sf unit at the Miramar Town Center in Miramar, Florida, and opened in early 2014. Comprising of aproximately 250 seats, with full service bar & family style menu, additional in-house amenities with 60" plasma televisions and live entertainment.

One Garrido Consulting has implemented the concept working together with it's Owners, thru a creative selection of diversified and exquisite culinary fares of fresh Latin tastes combined with the Tropical flavors of the Caribbean islands and Florida.

The facility contains a seating layout of wood finished stools, chairs, tables and high-tops, designed and place around a wrap-around full service bar, main stage, high ceilings with indirect track lighting, all sorrounded by a state of the art sound system and colorful renditions & photographs of past and present American and Latin American sports figures.
