With over 25 years in the Restaurant and Hospitality Design and Marketing Field, Garrido has coordinated and managed projects from conceptual to opening. His design and marketing capabilities enables the branding component to be developed effectively in each hospitality facility project. His experience includes Zoning and Land Use, Commercial Real Estate Development, Conceptual Development, Construction Management Documentation and Operations of newly designed restaurant concepts for the Hotel, Airports, Malls, Institutional and Franchise Concepts industry.
In ONE Garrido Consulting, he coordinates and directs the development process for prospective clients from conceptual to end-product. His background in Architecture and Construction Management extends over 20 years, is a licensed Real Estate Professional specializing in Zoning, Land Use and Commercial Development, in Foodservice and Hospitality Concepts. He is also Certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and is a Certified Test Administrator for FSP.

Merlo & Associates as consulting Architects, coordinate and prepare all Architectural Contract Document Plans with OCG for the proposed foodservice concepts, including the preparation of MEP drawings and Kitchen Plans for proposed facilities as needed.
